Skaala nominates new CEO
Skaala was acquired by Austrian IFN Holding AG in October 2017. Since then the company has gone through a systematical development program regarding its services, products and processes. As a part of this development program Skaala companies in Finland will be now merged into one entity, Skaala IFN Oy.
- During this last year Skaala has focused to serve its customers with the new quality standards that have been set high to fulfill the expectations of our customers, states Christian Klinger, co-owner of IFN Holding. Klinger has operated as CEO of Skaala since the acquisition of the company last autumn.
Re-organization takes place also in company’s executive level. Jari Punkari has been nominated as CEO of the new Skaala IFN oy from October 11th, 2018 on. Christian Klinger and Johann Habring, CFO of IFN, will support the further development of Skaala as Members of the Board. Punkari acted as Managing Director of Skaala’s sales company (Skaala Oy) from 2011 till 2016.

CEO Punkari sees Skaala having now, as a part of the strong and innovative IFN Group, the needed commitment and resources to become a true partner in window and door business in Nordics and Russia.
